Why Travel Connections Math Favors You: Not all commission splits are created equal. Because we maintain massive agency-wide volume, Travel Connections commands the absolute highest commission levels with the vast majority of global suppliers. A host agency offering you an 80/20 split on an 8% or 10% base commission actually pays you less than our onboarding split on our top-tier commissions (up to 17%). We make sure you keep more total dollars in your pocket on day one.

Tethered to Your Success: Unlike massive corporate hosts that thrive on charging high fees without providing real support, our business model is entirely production-driven. We invest heavy resources, time, and active mentorship into you at the start. As your production goes up, your split automatically increases. We don't profit off your overhead fees—we only win when you win.

The Payout Logistics: Once funds are received from the travel supplier (typically after your client completes travel), your commission is promptly processed and deposited directly into your account via ACH. Your specific production brackets and payout schedules will be fully transparent in your agreement, which you can review before joining our crew.

We keep our onboarding and ongoing costs completely transparent and affordable. Because our business model is production-driven, we don't treat agency fees as a profit center. Our agency fee is $300/year, with flexible payment options available.

What you will provide on your own: You will be responsible for your own phone, internet, and independent Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance. While paid marketing tools are completely optional, you won't need to spend much to start—our supplier partners provide ample access to high-quality, free marketing resources because they want to boost your sales—when you win, they win!

The short answer is: Not automatically—but the opportunities for free and deeply discounted travel are very real once you start selling.

The travel industry relies heavily on "FAM" (Familiarization) trips—exclusive invitations for active, producing advisors to travel on complimentary or heavily subsidized trips so you can experience their product firsthand and sell it more effectively. Additionally, as an established advisor, you will gain access to travel agent rates, industry discounts, and direct booking rewards for your own personal vacations. Plus, you still earn commission on your personal travel.
